We believe in slow food made from scratch with as many locally sourced fresh ingredients as possible. Many of the herbs we use to flavour our foods and our salad greens are grown in our own garden.  We try as far as possible to support local businesses and also businesses that prescribe to the same values as ours. We love tapas style cooking and would describe our style of food as a crossover between Mediterranean/middle eastern style foods combined with a good smattering of freshened up favourite South African dishes.  Most of all we love food served to the table in dishes and bowls and for people to help themselves and share and care while feasting on the many flavours and textures of food cooked with love.
